We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or during promotional campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make payment at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address

Damaged or Missing Items

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
